About the Position

Strategic Planner for Korean Cosmetic Brands（韓国コスメマーケティングプランナー）

We are seeking a Strategic Planner for Korean Cosmetic Brands to support the market expansion of Korean brands in Japan, specializing in marketing strategy and SNS marketing.

Responsibilities

Market Analysis and Research: Conduct positioning and competitive analysis of Korean brands in the Japanese market.
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop strategies tailored to the characteristics of client brands and create proposal materials.
Promotion Planning: Plan SNS marketing, influencer strategies, and advertising campaigns.
Client Coordination: Collaborate with Korean brand representatives and Korean branch sales teams to drive projects.
Report Creation and Effectiveness Measurement: Perform data analysis post-implementation, and propose improvements.

Requirements

Must-Have:
- Knowledge or interest in Korean cosmetics and skincare.
- Ability to communicate in English (for coordination with Korean branch sales teams).
- Basic knowledge of marketing and digital advertising is a plus.
- Proficient in research, analysis, and report creation.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in Korean (optional).
- Experience in Korean cosmetic brands or the skincare industry.
- Experience in SNS marketing or influencer strategies.
- Marketing experience in advertising agencies or business companies.
