About the Position

As the Strategic Program Manager for Data for AI, you will be the primary point of contact for our largest enterprise clients across the Americas. You will own the full program lifecycle-from onboarding and scoping through execution, reporting, and renewal-ensuring that clients receive maximum value from Bright Data's web data solutions. You will partner closely with Bright Data's Sales teams to drive client success, while our HQ Delivery team handles the technical execution.

Responsibilities

Client-Facing

  • Serve as the main relationship owner for a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Lead program kick-offs, business reviews, and ongoing client engagement meetings, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate client business needs and requirements into structured, actionable program plans.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand scope, grow account value, and improve client satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver regular reporting packages covering program status, KPIs, budget utilization, and business impact.
  • Partner with the BD Sales teams to support deal structuring, renewal conversations, and upsell opportunities.

Program Operations

  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycles including planning, execution, milestone tracking, and delivery sign-off.
  • Oversee program budgets, track expenses, and maintain financial reporting accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Bright Data's internal HQ Delivery team to ensure technical execution meets client expectations and agreed SLAs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating where necessary, while keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program processes, documentation, and client communication standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, client success, or account management at a large enterprise, global tech company, or consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated experience running large-scale programs for enterprise clients, managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong program management skills, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and governance frameworks (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent experience is a plus).
  • Proven reporting and data storytelling skills - ability to build and present executive-level reports and dashboards that communicate program health and business value.
  • Solid business process understanding - able to map client workflows, identify pain points, and translate them into structured program requirements.
  • Budget management experience - comfortable owning program P&Ls, tracking costs, and reporting on financial performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams on account growth, renewals, and commercial conversations.
