About the Position

We are seeking a Strategic System Marketing Manager with experience in power for data centers and data infrastructure to join our team in Taipei.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the POWER Product Group (PG).
  • Drive strategic system architecture projects for POWER.
  • Act as a consultant for Business Divisions (BD) and Sales on systems and application clusters topics.
  • Provide power market guidance to sales and BDs, highlighting trends and new technical requirements and emerging power architectures.
  • Analyze market competitors in power, benchmarking Renesas portfolio against competitors to highlight value proposition and gaps in the portfolio and roadmap.
  • Generate worldwide champions in the area of focus, where the tandem of System Marketing and System Architects will work as a unified team of experts.
  • Support the application clusters by providing necessary collaterals, including market analysis, competition analysis, system block diagrams, system simulations, and demo-boards.
  • Provide power roadmap feedback to all product lines based on analysis.
  • Explore power market megatrends to suggest a go-to-market approach for Renesas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field, MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development within the semiconductor industry, specifically in power products, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of power management semiconductor ICs, AC/DC, DC/DC converters, battery management, Si/WBG, and trending power architectures and technologies.
  • Experience working with data infrastructure system knowledge, with a deep understanding of block diagrams and components.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Team building, open-minded, business-oriented, active listening, able to interface with customer and company stakeholders, self-initiative, self-motivating, prepared to continue changing, learning, and growing.
