2. Interview
HR Interview: You will get a chance to find out more about ELEKS' life, compensation package, and professional environment. We will discuss main expectations from both sides and agree on all the organizational details such as type of cooperation, preferred working schedule, etc.
Technical Interview: It will be a conversation with one of our technical specialists from the relevant stream. This interview typically includes both theoretical and practical parts. Our experts will not only evaluate your skills and knowledge according to our Competency Matrix but offer useful recommendations for your personal development if necessary.
PM Interview: You will always have a chance to meet your potential Manager to gain deeper insights into the role and ensure it aligns with your career goals. In some cases, a technical expert from the project may also join the call to share more details and explore how your experience fits the project’s needs.
Customer interview: For certain projects, there will also be an interview with the customer. This is an opportunity to learn more about the project’s mission and core principles, which could soon become an integral part of your work.
3. Becoming a part of our team
In the final step, we will finalize the working conditions and goals. Afterwards, you will be asked to sign a cooperation contract.
