HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? 💥

• Collaborate with global industrial clients to optimize operations and design business solutions across the entire industrial value chain (Sales, Aftermarket, Service, Supply Chain, and Operations).
• Formulate strategic solutions for complex client challenges, identifying functional best practices and modern operating models.
• Translate strategic recommendations and insights into concrete, actionable roadmaps, business cases, and execution plans.
• Lead and support transformational programs, orchestrating delivery across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global industrial clients to optimize operations and design business solutions across the entire industrial value chain.
• Formulate strategic solutions for complex client challenges.
• Translate strategic recommendations into actionable roadmaps, business cases, and execution plans.
• Lead and support transformational programs across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and international teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Industrial sector (Sales, Aftermarket, Service, Supply Chain, or Operations) or in management consulting focused on industrial clients.
• Deep understanding of industrial core processes and functional best practices.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory to interact effectively with global clients and teams.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience in ERP implementations.
• Functional knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Salesforce.
• Experience in team development, mentoring, and capability building.

Key Competencies and Skills

• Proven ability to formulate structured solutions to complex business problems.
• Strong ability to translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and action plans.
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering transformational programs with multi-stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work in distributed, global delivery teams.
