Strategy & New Business Senior Manager

About the Position

Grupo QuintoAndar, the largest real estate ecosystem in Latin America, is seeking a Strategy & New Business Senior Manager to drive key initiatives in Mexico. This role involves launching a transactional real estate business and transforming our model for buyers and real estate agents into an AI-first approach. You will be part of a team that will become the next generation of top executives in the region.

Responsibilities

• Direct the roadmap for launching new initiatives of QuintoAndar in Spanish-speaking Latin American countries.
• Coordinate product, finance, technology, and external real estate partner teams to bring strategic projects from concept to reality.
• Prepare quarterly market studies and strategic recommendations for the SLA executive team.
• Define commercialization strategies, pricing frameworks, and collaboration structures.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or a high-growth tech, fintech, or market company, with a total of over 6 years of experience.
• Experience in the Mexican market or with it.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: moves from strategy to execution, not just strategic presentations.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Reside in Mexico City or be willing to relocate.
