About the Position
We're seeking a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate for gTech Ads to bridge engineering execution and business strategy, discuss technical trade-offs, and explain automation ROI to executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-quarter technical programs from conception to sustained business impact, ensuring all efforts converge on achieving gTech Ads AI and automation priorities.
- Act as the primary storyteller for your initiatives, translating progress tracking into decision-making insights for leadership.
- Own and manage a portfolio of programs, creating processes to track progress, manage dependencies, and facilitate leadership reviews while triaging feature requests and bugs.
- Evaluate engineering scope, establish milestones, and manage tech dependencies (e.g., API access and product team approvals) during the PRD and technical design phases.
- Bridge organizational silos by partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align program charters with long-term strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
We Offer
- Competitive salary range: $124,000 - $177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
