About the Position
Strategy and Transactions Intern
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Join EY as a Strategy and Transactions Intern in Belgrade. Participate in due diligence and transactions, gaining insights into financial analysis and market research.
Responsibilities
- Perform industry and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information
- Participate and support in different engagements - valuation, business modeling, M&A, due diligence
- Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
- Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis
Requirements
- High school / College / University degree
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to work as a team member
