Strategy Director Health

About the Position

Orchard is seeking a Strategy Director Health to join our team in Sydney. At Orchard, we blend creativity and technology to create meaningful change in the health and wellness sector. We are Australia’s leading health and wellness agency, powered by deep digital experience and modern marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based strategies to solve complex business problems.
• Work closely with social and content teams to plan campaigns and digital communications.
• Offer higher-end strategic thinking and insights to clients.
• Facilitate and lead client workshops to uncover business problems.
• Present pitch-winning strategies that lead to new business.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience working in a strategic/planning function.
• Ability to work with data to develop insights and recommendations for clients.
• Collaborative attitude and approach to solving problems.
• Mastery of strategic capability and a basic understanding of various forms of strategy.
• Trusted advisor who can quickly understand the client’s business needs and develop a solution.
• Highly skilled communicator who can convert complex analysis into simple and actionable strategies.
• Experience working in healthcare is highly valued but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in brand strategy, communications strategy, and digital strategy.
• Proven ability to work within a team.
