About the Position
Strategy Team Lead/Consultant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities
- Design and implement business solutions that drive industry, function, and technology transformation.
- Define strategy and actions needed to achieve client business objectives.
- Analyze current state and design new processes and solutions leveraging established methods, tools, and assets.
- Implement programs and interventions that prepare the organization for change.
- Conduct analysis for clients’ performance improvement.
- Prepare presentations for executive messaging and detailed deliverable contents.
- Participate in business development and proposals creation.
Requirements
- Proven progressive business and consulting experience.
- MBA or graduate-level degree in a related field.
- Knowledge/experience in the Product Industry.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Solid consulting experience in top-tier consulting firms.
- Top-standing and communication soft skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
