Netpeak is looking for a Junior AI Automation Developer for the AI Solutions team💙

We are scaling the AI direction for automating the company's internal processes and are looking for a Junior / Strong Junior specialist to help build AI solutions for our teams.

This role is for those who want to develop at the intersection of Python, LLM, automation, RAG systems, bots, and AI agents. You will create tools that help dozens of teams and over 350 marketers work faster and more efficiently.

Here you will work not "about AI in words," but with real tasks: LLM API, automations, bots, RAG systems, AI agents, and integrations with the company's internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks delegated by AI Integration Lead and Middle AI Engineer.
• Independently manage simple automations end-to-end: from internal team request to working solution and its support.
• Develop LLM agents, bots, and RAG systems.
• Automate routine processes: reporting, data and document processing, content generation.
• Integrate LLM and automations with internal tools (CRM, Google Workspace, Slack / Telegram, BigQuery).
• Gather and clarify requirements from internal clients (PM, marketing, sales, analytics).
• Create prototypes (PoC), test, debug, and tune prompts.
• Prepare technical documentation.

Requirements

• Confident Python skills: OOP, readable code, working with packages, basic understanding of async.
• Own or working AI cases: bot, transcriber, summary service, routine automation, API integration, etc.
• Experience or practical understanding of working with LLM API and AI assistants for development: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Github Copilot, Cursor, etc.
• Understanding of LLM frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
• Experience with REST API, basic understanding of SQL, and integrations between services.
• Git / GitHub at a basic working level.
• Written English at B1 level.

Will be a plus:

• Experience integrating with Google Workspace, Telegram bots / Slack, or other internal tools.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or other databases / data stores.
• Practical experience building AI agents: multi-step, tool-using, or similar approaches.
• Experience with Celery, Redis, cron / scheduled jobs, Docker, or GCP.
• Basic front-end for internal interfaces or demos.

• Flexible working hours with the option to start the workday from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
• Ability to work fully remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
