About the Position
Hello.
We are looking for a Strong Junior Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the quality of a fast-scaling B2C product in the travel and telecommunication market, part of the Genesis ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on a live product used by thousands of travellers worldwide, with excellent prospects for professional growth.
Work format: Possibility to work fully remotely or from our offices in Warsaw, Kyiv or Lviv.
Responsibilities
- Manual testing of Web, Android, and iOS applications
- Writing and maintaining test cases and checklists
- Executing test scenarios and validating results
- Logging and tracking bugs with clear reproduction steps and priority suggestions
- Collaborating with developers and product teams to verify fixes and improve feature quality
Requirements
- Strong understanding of QA theory, test design techniques, and SDLC processes
- Solid knowledge of the client-server model, HTTP/HTTPS
- Experience in manual testing of both mobile and web applications
- Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to use web debugging tools like Chrome DevTools
- Skills to conduct root cause analysis using logs, browser/network tools, and database queries
- Ability to manage & prioritise your tasks
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail
- English at intermediate level or higher (reading/writing documentation, communicating with the team)
