Strong-Junior / Pre-Middle SEO Спеціаліст

Aweb, a digital agency with 20 years of experience in search engine optimization and contextual advertising, is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist. We are certified Google Partners and have been nominated for Google Premier Partner Awards for three consecutive years, winning the Search Innovation award.

Salary

15000 UAH per month, based on interview results.

Work Schedule

8-hour workdays from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Manage your own projects and assist other optimizers.
Work with semantics, search intents, and content.
Conduct full internal and external optimization of websites.
Analyze competitors and improve current SEO strategies.
Increase the visibility of projects in search engines and the Google ecosystem (organic, AI blocks).
Formulate SEO hypotheses, test them, and evaluate results based on data from GA4 and GSC.

Requirements

Experience in independently managing simple SEO projects for more than 1 year.
A desire to deeply understand the nuances of SEO.
Understanding of search engine principles, algorithms, the latest Google updates, and the principles of AI Overviews / Generative Search (GEO).
Experience with SEO tools: Screaming Frog (or other crawlers), Ahrefs, Serpstat.
Attention to detail and systemic thinking.
Responsibility and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
