About the Position
A US-based company is warmly welcoming an experienced Java developer as part of a full-time remote team.
Responsibilities
- Develop microservices with a relatively heavy load or clustered backend.
- Write clean, maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in the development of microservices with a relatively heavy load or clustered backend.
- 2+ years of experience with Java.
- 4+ years of experience in software development.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
- Self-organized and proactive.
Nice to Have
- Experience with microservice backend with service type cluster application with HA and scalability.
- Experience designing and developing REST API.
- Familiarity with Elastic, Redis, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes+Helm, AWS, Azure.
- Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery processes.
Work Conditions
- Work hours: Full-time remote by California (USA) time.
- Registration of work relations: Contract with a private entrepreneur.
- Overtime: Rare.
- Personal qualities: Organization.
- Interview stages: 3 (2 introductory + 1 technical).
- Probation period: 2 months.
