Strong Middle / Senior Mobile UI/UX Designer

About the Position

Visita is a marketplace platform for booking services and a B2B-cabinet for businesses in the service sector. We are looking for a Strong Middle / Senior Mobile UI/UX Designer with experience in complex digital products to adapt our B2B-cabinet for mobile and tablet formats.

Responsibilities

• Adapt the finalized desktop web version of the B2B-cabinet for mobile and tablet web formats.
• Understand the product logic: marketplace + B2B-cabinet.
• Adapt key screens for mobile and tablet breakpoints.
• Design mobile and tablet navigation instead of desktop sidebar.
• Adapt complex interfaces: appointment calendar, appointment creation and management, client list and profiles, services, employee teams, schedules, business settings, analytics, notifications.
• Redesign tables, filters, cards, forms, dropdowns, right-side panels, and modal windows for small screens.
• Prepare interface states: loading, empty state, validation, error, disabled, active, selected, conflict, and others.
• Work with the existing component base / design system.
• Propose improvements to UX logic if the desktop pattern does not translate well to mobile/tablet.
• Prepare neat Figma mockups for handover to development.
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams.

Requirements

• Experience with mobile UI/UX.
• Experience adapting desktop web interfaces for mobile/tablet.
• Experience with complex B2B, SaaS, marketplace, CRM, dashboard, or admin-panel products.
• Understanding of responsive/adaptive design.
• Ability to work with complex product logic, not just the visual part.
• Experience designing interfaces with tables, calendars, filters, forms, states, and a large number of states.
• Confident work in Figma.
• Ability to work with an existing design system and component base.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to justify UX decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with booking systems, CRM, or scheduling platforms.
• Experience designing calendars, schedules, drag-and-drop scenarios.
• Experience with marketplace products that have B2C and B2B sides.
• Understanding of SaaS products for business.
• Experience adapting complex desktop interfaces without loss of functionality.
• Experience preparing components for development.
