Strong Middle/Senior Full-stack Engineer (.Net, Angular)

About the Position

Intelvision is looking for a skilled Strong Middle/Senior Full Stack Engineer (Angular, .NET) for a remote role in Europe.

Project Description

This project focuses on developing a digital self-service platform for a municipal utility organization. The solution includes a customer-facing portal for secure online utility meter submissions and an internal administrative portal for managing, validating, and processing submitted data. The platform streamlines manual workflows, improves data accuracy, and enhances operational efficiency through features such as submission management, reporting, and data export.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET / C# and frontend applications using Angular;
• Take ownership of features across the full development lifecycle, from estimation to deployment and support;
• Participate in architectural design and technical decision-making;
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability;
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews;
• Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and coverage;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate directly with clients when needed;

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with.NET / C# and Angular versions such as 19 (experience with modern.NET versions such as.NET 6/7/8);
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and ORM (e.g., Entity Framework);
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred);
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows;
• Ability to take ownership of features and gradually the whole project;
• Proactive mindset and ability to communicate directly with clients, clarify requirements, and drive solutions;
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and fill knowledge gaps when needed;
• English level B2+ (comfortable spoken and written communication with clients);
