About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Analysis Engineer to join our engineering team. As a Structural Analysis Engineer, you will play a critical role in assessing and ensuring the structural integrity and performance of our products through advanced analysis and simulation techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structural analysis and simulations to assess the performance and integrity of engineering designs.
  • Utilize finite element analysis (FEA) tools to model and simulate structural components and systems.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to ensure that products meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret simulation results to provide insights into design improvements and optimization.
  • Perform static, dynamic, and thermal analyses to validate and refine structural designs.
  • Generate detailed reports and documentation of analysis results for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations based on structural analysis findings.
  • Stay current with industry standards, best practices, and advancements in structural analysis methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in structural analysis and finite element analysis.
  • Strong understanding of structural mechanics and materials behavior.
  • Proficiency in using structural analysis software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with CAD software for model preparation.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to structural analysis.
  • Knowledge of fatigue analysis and durability assessments.
