About the Position

Industrie-Contact AG is a full-service agency for public relations and communication. We utilize all the tools of modern public relations to be present on all media channels (print, digital, social media, as well as TV and radio, if required). We are looking for a reliable (Student) Assistant (m/f/d) for occasional jobs in PR and office support in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• Research
• Assistance in various PR activities
• Telephone center (vacation replacement)
• Packing and dispatch
• Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of press distribution lists
• Support in the development of press reports
• Scanning clippings
• Miscellaneous general office duties

Requirements

• Careful, independent, and “thinking” way of working
• Responsibility and reliability
• Good knowledge of German and English language
• Residence in Bahrenfeld or the surrounding area to be able to react flexibly to job inquiries
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Mac OS
• Basic knowledge of image editing
