As the internal support organization for DNV and DNV owned companies, we deliver shared services within Human Resources, Finance, IT and Real Estate & Procurement to DNV globally. About the Role
Join our team as a Student Assistant and support us as an online editor and content manager in our internet communications on our website www.dnv.de, as well as behind the scenes and on-site during Public Affairs related events. You will have a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the following areas:
Content Management
- Creating new content and translating existing content from English to German
- Managing content on website dnv.de, using Content Management System Optimizely
- Support website performance analysis
- Contribute to thought leadership communications on decarbonization in the maritime and energy sectors
Public Affairs
- Contribute to improve issues management tools and workflows globally
- Support the implementation of the German Public Affairs strategy, including event management for the Parliamentary Evening and the German Energy Transition Outlook launch
- Maintain global stakeholder mapping and tracking of memberships in trade sector associations
- Prepare updates and materials for internal audiences, i.e. through the Regulatory and Public Affairs Intranet page
Requirements
- You're an enrolled student and are highly interested in the field of tasks
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy writing and editing
- You have experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Optimizely
- You have experience with Google Analytics
- You can work independently and take personal responsibility
- You are a native German speaker and fluent English speaker
- You are interested in geopolitics and advocacy
- You can work strategically and in an organized manner
