Preparing and structuring existing data
Transferring data into a new Excel database
Reviewing archived/legacy documents
Ensuring a consistent data structure
Using internal company AI tools
Collaborating with specialist departments

Requirements

Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Structured and careful way of working
Understanding of data and processes
Good English skills
Good German skills
