About the Position
The department of Category Procurement at Raiffeisen Bank International is responsible for managing, sourcing, and negotiating the purchase of a category of goods or services. We are looking for a passionate student to gain valuable experience in an international banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing procurement projects done by RBI
- Facilitate information flow and efficient cooperation with different departments
- Document Organization: Assist the team by maintaining and organizing templates and contracts within our systems
- Document Retrieval: Facilitate quick and accurate retrieval of documents for various departments, projects, and stakeholders
- Version Control: Monitor and track document versions to ensure the latest revisions are consistently available
- Collaboration and communication in a multinational banking group with our Procurement colleagues and small entities
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to work both independently and in a team environment
