In this role, you’ll dive into the world of Agile Delivery Markets, working closely with the Agile IT Delivery Capital Markets team. Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits
- Engage and collaborate proactively with all stakeholders, including internal departments and external vendors, to ensure effective communication and alignment
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, operational solutions by leveraging existing platforms or developing new approaches
- Stay current in a fast-changing environment through continuous learning and active participation in RBI’s development programs
Requirements
- Studies: Enrolled in a study such as Business Administration, Informatics, or similar
- Interests: Interest in investment banking (especially in capital markets/treasury products) and a desire to learn more about leading systems such as Bloomberg, Pricing engines, stock exchanges, developing and configuring smart, high-frequency, algo-based E2E solutions, and compliance with EBA security guidelines and FMA regulations
- Personality: Enjoy working in teams, open to other cultures, and adapt quickly to changing situations
- Communication: Good communication skills and fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Skills: Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
