About the Position
Student Job (f/m/x) - Group Efficiency Management (25 h/week)
Group Efficiency Management promotes efficiency by deploying tools and techniques such as Business Process Management, Lean, and Smart Automation. We also establish and operate platforms to utilize economies of scale and deliver synergy effects to all participating entities. Excited to dive into projects and make a real impact? Responsibilities
- Assist in projects and data analysis
- Track the progress of data collection
- Identify and report gaps or missing information in the data
- Provide general administrative support for smooth operations
- Support communication development for effective network engagement
- Organize and coordinate meetings, calls & events to enhance team collaboration
Requirements
- You are in advanced studies of business informatics/economics and have a high affinity for IT
- You are fluent in English, German, or another CEE language is a plus
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
- You are communicative and open-minded
- You have a high level of commitment, self-organization, and pro-activeness
