Student Job (f/m/x) - Innovation Management (25 h/week)

About the Position

In Innovation Management, we build the foundation for this - by creating formats and initiatives that help employees across RBI turn ideas into action. This includes programs like Innovation School, Innovation Day, and Fridays for Innovation. We are a motivated, fast-moving, and vibrant team looking for someone who enjoys creating and organizing and who wants to shape this journey together with us.

Responsibilities

• Support our innovation programs such as Innovation School, Innovation Day, Coaches’ Journey, and Fridays for Innovation
• Create and design presentations, posters, templates, and internal communication materials
• Draft first versions of texts and content for different formats and audiences
• Help organize events and workshops (preparation, execution, follow-up)
• Take over hands-on operational and administrative tasks (coordination, tracking, organizing, documentation)

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate university program
• Fluent in both written/spoken English, CEE language, and/or German is a plus
• Interest in innovation and enjoyment of writing and creating content
• Structured, detail-oriented, and organized
• Strong in PowerPoint and a good eye for design
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
• Independent, takes ownership, and has a hands-on mindset
• Open, communicative, and enjoys working in a team

Nice to Have

• Experience creating visuals (presentations, posters, templates, SharePoint pages)
