About the Position
Student Support at Accounts Receivable Cash Applications Team
Dentsply Sirona is the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, with a 130-year history of innovation and service to the dental industry and patients worldwide. We are currently seeking a Student Support Intern to join our Accounts Receivable Cash Applications Team in Bratislava, SK.
Responsibilities
- Posting incoming payments received from customers through various payment methods (bank transfers, checks, direct debits, credit cards) to the Accounts Receivable ledger and allocating them to the relevant customer accounts and invoices in accordance with customer remittance advice details.
- Investigation of incoming payments.
- Working with various ERP systems.
- Performing administrative tasks and duties needed at the department.
- Providing other administrative support needed by the team.
Requirements
- University student who is no older than 25 years in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of studies, preferably focused on Accounting or a student of Economics Studies.
- Previous accounting background (high school) or similar experience in SSC is more than appreciated.
- Communicative person.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Attention to detail.
- MS Excel user.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week.
