About the Position
We are seeking a Studentermedhjælper to join our Private Engagement team in Copenhagen, Denmark, focusing on data quality and analysis for fundraising and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Update and process data in our CRM system to ensure high data quality
- Perform various tasks related to the loading and processing of donor recruitments and retention
- Register new contributions, changes, and creations of donors in our membership databases
In addition to the primary activities, there will be ongoing ad hoc tasks related to the team's activities, where it is expected that you will assist and help colleagues across the department.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Excel
- Ability to see patterns in data and spot potential errors in datasets
- Experience or familiarity with working in various donor and membership systems
- Effective and timely completion of tasks
- Sharp attention to detail
- Comfort with routine tasks
- Experience in a similar position or willingness to learn something new
It is a requirement for employment that you are enrolled and an active student throughout the entire employment period.
We Offer
- Workplace: Lyngbyvej 100, 2100 København Ø
- Start date: 1 July 2026 or as soon as possible
- Position: 15-hour workweek with flexibility during exam periods
Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the agreement between DRC Dansk Flygtningehjælp and HK. This is a national position in Denmark, where Danish employment terms apply.
