Location: Bremen
Type: Teilzeit (Part-time)
Responsibilities
As a Studentische:r Mitarbeiter:in (m/w/d), you will support the HR team with diverse tasks (regular presence at the office in Bremen is expected):
- Organizing appointments and maintaining documents for employee interviews
- Supporting employer branding
- Assisting in the planning, preparation, and execution of job fairs
- Contributing to exciting HR projects, particularly in the area of personnel marketing
- Providing content for blog posts and social media posts to our Communications team
- Supporting recruitment efforts
- Managing digital personnel files
- Handling mail and filing
- Performing general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student (m/w/d) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Initial experience in human resources is desirable
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
- Sensitivity in handling personal data
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm for corporate communication
- Structured and self-motivated approach
- Excellent German language skills
Note: Willingness to undergo a security clearance (SÜ1 / SÜ2) is required.
