Responsibilities
- Maintain recurring governance meetings: Project Kick-off, Weekly Project Status Meeting, Executive Steering Review, Vendor Coordination Meeting, Installation Readiness Review, Daily Stand-up during installation, Lessons Learned Workshop.
Escalation Framework
- Escalate immediately when: Critical milestone is at risk, Budget variance exceeds approved threshold, Supplier delivery impacts timeline, Technical dependency blocks delivery, Regulatory or compliance issue threatens launch.
- Every escalation should include: issue, business impact, options, recommendation, and requested decision.
