About the Position
Supervisor Automatische Deuren
- Location: Capelle aan den IJssel, ZH, NL
- Salary: € 4.200 - € 6.000 per month

We are looking for a Supervisor Automatische Deuren to manage projects and teams in Capelle aan den IJssel, ZH, NL.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Planning, priorities, task distribution, budget adherence, and compliance with client agreements, technical and safety standards.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for clients, mechanics, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- KPI Management: Responsible for achieving key performance indicators, ensuring quality, and promoting a safety culture.
- Process Improvement: Implement working processes with a focus on continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, cost, and results.
- Compliance Verification: Review and verify permits and safe work procedures.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 5 Service Mechanics and 1 Project Coordinator, including HR activities such as illness management, performance reviews, assessments, development, and training.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: HBO level in technical, business, or related fields.
- Experience: Technical experience is a must; experience with Automatic Doors is a plus.
- Leadership: Experience in a coordinating or leadership role in a technical or service environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to work with ERP systems.
- Languages: Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is a plus.
- Attributes: Proactive attitude and hands-on mentality.
We Offer
- Salary: €4.200,- to €6.000,- gross per month.
- Company Car: Available for personal use.
- Vacation Days: 41 days per year.
- Pension: Through PME.
- Vacation Pay: 8%.
- Profit Sharing: Minimum 4%.
