Supervisor cables & pipelines

About the Position

We are looking for a Supervisor cables & pipelines to join our team at TMC in Arnhem, Netherlands. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate work on cables and pipelines throughout the city, ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process excavation notifications from contractors and network operators, checking for completeness and verifying planned dates and times.
• Supervise contractors carrying out work in the public space, enforcing municipal permits and regulations.
• Handle questions and complaints about work carried out by contractors and network operators, ensuring they are addressed and resolved.
• Collaborate with the coordinator and permit issuer to assess the feasibility of planned activities and participate in emergency services.

Requirements

• MBO-level thinking and working ability (level 4)
• Relevant work experience in civil engineering or landscape engineering
• Digital skills
• Driver’s license B
• Certificates such as VCA VOL, Professional Traffic Controller, Soil B CROW 400, and Safe Working Along Roads (or the willingness to obtain them)
