Supervisor Civil Engineering

About the Position

Do you want to work on challenging projects in civil engineering and contribute to sustainable, future-proof solutions? For one of our leading clients in the North Brabant region, we are seeking a driven Civil Engineering Supervisor.

As a Civil Engineering Supervisor, you will ensure that projects run smoothly and act as the point of contact at the construction site. Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written.
• Supervising the execution of civil engineering projects, such as ground, road, and waterworks.
• Inspecting and ensuring the quality, safety, planning, and progress of the work.
• Acting as a liaison between the contractor, client, and other stakeholders.
• Reporting on progress and identifying discrepancies when necessary.
• Monitoring contractual agreements and ensuring compliance by all parties involved.

Requirements

• Completed education at least at vocational (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) level in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• A few years of experience as a supervisor or in a similar role within civil engineering.
• Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and experience with specifications (RAW methodology).
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and good at maintaining relationships.
• In possession of a category B driver's license.
