About the Role
ZF is looking for a dynamic leader to manage the production team and drive processes forward. As a Supervisor of Production Machining, you will be a key part of the production team, implementing innovations and supporting new products. Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the inclusion of team members, their targeted management, motivation, training, and further education
- Conducting selection procedures for employees for the respective departments
- Attendance records for the assigned section
- Organization of the production process, including compliance with OHS and applicable quality standards in coordination with logistics, quality, and production engineering departments
- Implementation of production plans, monitoring, and achieving goals (productivity, costs, quality, setup, etc.)
- Support for the introduction of new products into series production
- Implementation and development of projects focused on Industry 4.0, managing the continuous improvement team and its processes, and providing support to colleagues
Requirements
- VŠ, SŠ mechanical engineering focus
- 3 years of experience in the field
- Team player with strong communication and leadership skills, as well as high self-motivation and initiative
- Ability to make independent decisions, analytical thinking, assertiveness, resilience, flexibility, and organizational skills
- Advanced user of MS Office; previous work with SAP system is an advantage
- Knowledge of LEAN tools and their application in practice

Monthly salary from 2,500 € gross (including basic salary component, bonuses, and premiums). The possibility of offering a higher salary for this position depends on the applicant's qualifications and experience.*
