Supervisor, Senior Workplace Experience Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a Supervisor, Senior Workplace Experience Specialist to lead our Boston office team, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and oversight of the onsite Workplace Experience team, ensuring consistent execution of workplace operations, employee programs, and service excellence.
• Support operations of workplace facilities, services, and employee experience programs while contributing to overall office efficiency by addressing evolving operational needs, ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Oversee on-site programs such as catering, pantry services, and employee perks, including vendor coordination, scheduling, communications, and office calendars.
• Assist in planning and executing company-wide and local events while tracking and sharing feedback to evaluate participation, satisfaction, and overall impact, helping deliver engaging experiences that strengthen culture and connection.
• Build relationships with team members across the office to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience.
• Oversee the onsite Workplace Experience team and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless building operations and in-office experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Managerial or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and senior leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
