Responsibilities
- Be accountable for Rexroth CN all suppliers’ quality performance, set strategic CN supplier quality goals and working plans, lead CN PUQ5 team to hold activities (e.g. Supplier Quality Day) for supplier quality improvement and monthly monitor to realize Q target
- Overall Q-program management of DC CN new supplier including selection, qualification, enabling and release
- DC CN supplier annual Audit planning and implementation effectiveness monitoring
- Collaboration with PUR and PUE on quality-based strategy, support PUE on technical solutions in the development phase of new projects according to SQM process
- Define specific Q requirements and check lists for different material group in DC CN (e.g. Lessons learned, EM, TSR check lists, MF-benchmark level)
- Be accountable for Rexroth CN all supplier quality risk control in new supplier development and serial production phase, provide technical/methodical support on claim management, deep dive the root cause to eliminate the potential quality risk to support Rexroth CN business continuity
- Establish and develop PUQ51 CN expert team, incl. capability qualification and monitoring, PUQ51 talent people development etc.
- Manage supplier quality experts of all value streams, incl. capacity planning, tasks distribution, qualification within Rexroth CN entities
Requirements
- Mechanical / electronic or other industry relevant bachelor’s degree or above (211 university)
- Min. 5 years strong experience as team/group leader in an international company, quality management experience as a plus
- Knowledge of Q-Methods, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D and ISO 9001
- Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent)
- Strong character and execution, excellent English in written and oral
- Strong willingness of frequent/long-time travel
- Fluent in English as basis, German as plus
