Supply Chain Analyst (f/m/d)
Lampenwelt, a leading lighting company since 1999, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team in Fulda or Schlitz, Germany. As part of our ambitious logistics team, you will analyze and optimize our supply chain processes, ensuring efficient operations and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Analysis and Steering of Supply Chain Performance: Analyze and steer our supply chain performance along the value chain.
- Identification of Optimization Potentials: Identify optimization potentials and derive and implement concrete measures.
- Inventory Planning and Monitoring: Plan and monitor inventories, including data-based disposition to ensure supply capability.
- Early Detection of Risks and Trends: Early detection of risks, trends, and demand changes through KPI tracking and forecast analyses.
- Management of Replenishment Processes and Warehouse Movements: Manage and optimize replenishment processes and warehouse movements.
- Leadership and Collaboration in Projects: Lead and collaborate in cross-departmental logistics and supply chain projects.
- Close Collaboration with Various Departments: Work closely with procurement, logistics, product management, and international stakeholders.
- Support Product Lifecycle from Supply Chain Perspective: Support the product lifecycle from launch, optimization, to phase-out.
- Development of Reports, Dashboards, and Decision Support: Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and decision support systems.
Requirements
- Experience: Experience in supply chain management, ideally in an analytical or project-related role (e.g., supply planning, demand planning, logistics projects).
- Data and Analytical Skills: Strong data and numerical affinity and enjoyment of analyzing complex relationships.
- Technical Skills: Very good Excel skills.
- Analytical and Conceptual Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured approach.
- Project Management Skills: Project management skills and the ability to drive topics independently.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and sovereign stakeholder management in an international environment.
- Languages: Very good German and English skills in speech and writing.
