We are seeking a driven people manager with strong experience in supply chain management, process optimization, and negotiation. Do you want to take a key role in an industrial environment where collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement are central? Then we are looking for you.

As Supply Chain Manager Belgium, with Tessenderlo-Ham as your base location, you will lead the team and ensure efficient daily operations. You will coach and develop your employees and organize necessary meetings to create structure, focus, and engagement within the teams.

You are strategically responsible for the end-to-end supply chain processes and will guide improvement projects around forecasting, inventory management, service levels, logistics, digitalization, and process optimization. You continuously seek opportunities to optimize costs, service, and efficiency, leveraging your strong negotiation skills in discussions with suppliers and logistics partners.

As a team player, you will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Production, and Development, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

You will play a key role within our organization, critically and analytically monitoring processes, KPIs, and reports. You will actively contribute to the management team and initiate actions that contribute to the further growth, efficiency, and success of Sika Belgium.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the supply chain team in Tessenderlo-Ham, Limburg.
Ensure efficient daily operations and provide coaching and development for team members.
Organize meetings to create structure, focus, and engagement within the teams.
Be strategically responsible for end-to-end supply chain processes.
Guide improvement projects in forecasting, inventory management, service levels, logistics, digitalization, and process optimization.
Optimize costs, service, and efficiency through strong negotiation skills.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, and Development departments.
Monitor processes, KPIs, and reports critically and analytically.
Contribute to the management team and initiate actions for growth and success.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of managerial experience in supply chain and/or logistics, combined with experience in team leadership and employee development.
Strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation skills, and a sense of responsibility.
Ability to combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach and bridge gaps between different departments.
Excellent proficiency in Dutch is required.
Good knowledge of English is a strong asset.
Experience in an industrial or technical environment is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP and Power BI and technical affinity are strong assets.
