Supply Chain Application Support Analyst

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Application Support Analyst to join our team in Paço de Arcos, Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Documentation of all logistical information flows;
• Analyzing and correcting data in the databases of the referenced applications;
• Supporting the technical team in implementing corrective measures on the referenced applications;
• Preparing and carrying out functional, integration and acceptance test books for the implemented solution;
• Technical-functional analysis of business requirements, preparation of technical-functional specifications and adaptation of requirements for existing applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Informatics or similar field;
• 3 years' professional experience in companies with a large volume of data;
• Solid experience in software projects / maintenance / support in the Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Warehouse Management / Transport area (SAP, Primavera, MS Dynamics, etc);
• Solid experience in redesigning and continuously improving Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Warehouse Management / Transport processes;
• Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive attitude and constant search for continuous improvement of IT processes;
• Availability to work at Auchan's head office in Paço d'Arcos or/and Azambuja.
