What You Need to Know About Us

Working at Moore, that’s business as unusual.

Why be a standard consultant when you can mean so much more at Moore.

At Moore, we say what we do and do what we say. Autonomy and trust are more important than job titles here, and colleagues are there to support you. Because we achieve results together.

We are committed to the growth of our clients. And we are growing ourselves. That's why we are looking for a Supply Chain Consultant (min. 2 years).

How Do You Make an Impact Daily as a Supply Chain Consultant?

• You help our clients make their supply chain smarter, faster, and future-proof. Think about projects in all parts of the chain: planning, purchasing, inventory, production, warehouse & logistics. You are the person who sees where it can be better and makes it happen effectively.
• You enjoy working with processes and critically look at how things are running. You come up with improvements and implement them together with the client's team. No endless analyses in a dark room, but really making an impact in practice.
• Data? You are not afraid of it. Analyzing large datasets, spotting patterns, generating insights, you handle it. You are comfortable with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and you easily find your way in ERP systems (like SAP), planning software (APO, OMP+, Arkieva,...), spreadsheets, and BI tools.
• You communicate clearly, share updates without hassle, and build a good relationship with the client. Presenting? You do it with confidence, you know what you are talking about.
• You see opportunities for improvement before anyone points them out. Thanks to your hands-on mindset, you take ownership and immediately show how it can be better.
• And because you want to move forward, but also want to build: you actively think about how we can further innovate and improve our services within supply chain transformation.

Will You Be Our New Companion?

What Makes You Moore?

• You have a bachelor or master degree, that’s your solid foundation to make an impact.
• In addition, you have at least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain & Operations. This can be in Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics & Warehousing, or as a Supply Chain Digital Analyst. You know how a supply chain works, where it can be tight and where it can be better.
• You have a real drive to help clients. Whether it's about daily operational challenges or larger improvement projects: you understand that everything matters. For the client, for your growth, and for us as a team.
• You speak excellent Dutch and also English and/or French. You listen well, ask smart questions, and always communicate clearly, without noise, without drama.

What Can You Expect from Moore?

• A market-competitive salary package with, among other things, a company car, charging pass/charging station, meal vouchers, hospitalization and group insurance, bonus, cafeteria plan, and 12 ADV days.
• A warm team where you can be yourself and where fun and connection are self-evident.
• Flexible working hours and hybrid work model.
• Coaching & Training from day one.
• Culture of trust, ownership, and entrepreneurship.
• A recognized “Great Place to Work” 💙 with attention for sustainability and societal impact.
• We are committed to creating an inclusive work environment where diversity is valued.
• Great events, after-work drinks, and inspiring moments – at Moore, you experience more than work.
