About the Position
We are seeking a Support and Business Specialist to join our team. This role involves the development and maintenance of database and datawarehouse solutions, providing support, and communicating with clients.
Responsibilities
- First line of support.
- Documentation and preparation of use-cases.
- Testing and quality control of software and procedures.
- Training and demonstration of software and procedures.
- Liaison with clients and Development and Support units.
Requirements
- Solid computer skills
- Ease of multilingual communication (English, Portuguese, French, Spanish, German, others)
- Interest in and ability to understand the retail business from different points of view (end customer, commercial, etc.)
- Proactivity and creativity to solve third-party problems quickly and effectively
- Strong motivation and interest in fast learning, flexibility, responsibility, and good reaction to working under pressure
- Good relationship and communication skills
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
- Availability: In particular for starting work, availability for travel, availability for overtime/out-of-hours work
- Languages: French/Spanish/Italian/German/Other
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Degree
Conditions
- Gross Reference Value: 14,000 EUR/year (to be combined with experience/responsibilities)
- Even with less experience, answers to the junior position will be considered when framed in 1st Job/Professional Internship.
