Support Consultant, Tier 1 - Dutch

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, telephone, e-mails, and occasional on-site events.
• Managing support cases: collect all relevant information from customers, according to the company's procedures, and record this using the company's CRM.
• Interact with other departments and escalate customer feedback further.
• Collaborate with other teams and escalate customer feedback when needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills – ability to ask, listen, and explain clearly.
• Language proficiency – fluent in Dutch (from B2), English, and Ukrainian (spoken and written).
• Problem-solving and logical thinking – you enjoy finding solutions.
