About the Position
Bring your ideas to life at Boeing. We are looking for a Support Engineering Data Intern for Summer 2027 to join our team in Welwyn Garden City, England. Our products support the maintenance, modification, and repair of the Boeing commercial fleet. We require concise, accurate technical documentation, and we need passionate engineers to support our airline customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing technical requirements to determine project scope and deliverables
- Assist with the collection, research, and analysis of source data
- Research and evaluate engineering source data and specifications
- Develop or maintain technical publication elements for all levels of maintenance, retrofit, and repair
- Coordinate the preparation of illustrative materials
- Coordinate engineering requirements, schedule, and status with all stakeholders
- Conduct quality and in-process reviews including the validation of technical publications
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Preferred Qualifications
- Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
- Ability to work on multiple projects with varying levels of requirements efficiently and effectively
- Solid IT and communications skills
- Knowledge and experience of aircraft maintenance and repair
