Responsibilities

General Mission

The Support ITPL manages all activities related to the planning of modernizations and validations, the life monitoring of vehicles, as well as the construction and monitoring of performance indicators for the PDVM (Performance Development & Validation Management) team. It ensures the proper execution of physical and digital validations for all types of projects, ensuring cross-functional coordination between trades, technical teams, and module managers.

As part of its missions, the Support ITPL also works on an Infotainment project, which requires a solid knowledge base on embedded multimedia systems.

Main Responsibilities

Planning and Validation Management

• Development, update, and animation of the Vehicle Integration Plan (PIV).
• Cross-functional coordination and project meeting animation.
• Monitoring the conformity of vehicle deliverables according to milestones.
• Management of priorities, risk analysis, and arbitration.
• Structured reporting (weekly, monthly, milestones).

Performance Indicators and Analysis

• Creation, animation, and monitoring of internal and external KPIs.
• Analysis of data from validations and the fleet.
• Consolidation of indicators for partner entities.
• Use of AI to accelerate documentary analysis, reporting, synthesis, and certain project tasks.
• Optimization of PDVM processes.

Requirements

Education:

• Bac + 5 in industrial / mechanical, logistics, or equivalent.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience.

Technical Skills:

• Project Management and multi-trade management.
• Knowledge of vehicle development and validations.
• Knowledge of electronic enclosures and their impact on vehicle validations.
• Data analysis and indicator construction.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (programming, automation).
• Knowledge of generative AI.

Behavioral Skills:

• Rigor, organization, autonomy.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Operational leadership and cross-functional animation.
• Clear communication in French and English.
• Priority management and decision-making.
