LIB-IT DMS GmbH, a company specializing in Digitale Transformation, Big Data, GoBD & DSGVO, is looking for a Support professional to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries by e-mail and telephone in the support area
• Installation / Implementation of our software and interfaces
• Providing technical support in projects
• Consulting and supporting customers in the extension and optimization of their customer systems
• Occasional travel activities

Requirements

• Strong IT affinity and proficiency in using Microsoft Office products
• Strong service mindset and teamwork skills
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in German
• Good English skills in speech and writing are desirable
• Ability to work independently and on your own initiative
• Meticulous work approach
• Lateral entrants are welcome
