About the Position
Genesis is an international full-cycle product IT company. Over 1500 people in five countries create products for more than 200 million unique users every month. Headway is a mobile application where users can read non-fiction bestsellers in short summaries. The audience of Headway is very diverse: it includes students from India, businessmen from Sweden, and even DJs from the Philippines. The main thing that unites our readers and the Headway team is the love for books and an unquenchable thirst for self-development.
Currently, we are looking for a Support Specialist (Remote) to help us quickly respond to user inquiries and better understand their needs.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with users on 3 platforms (email, social media)
- Maintain a database of user inquiries and ideas
- Communicate with the technical team and analytics team to quickly understand problems and identify bugs
Requirements
- Customer support experience of at least six months
- Strong writing skills
- English at the Advanced level
- Ability to work in a team and clearly formulate tasks
- Proactiveness and ability to propose your ideas
