Support Specialist

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and efficient support to users through chats and emails.
• Work with reviews on App Store and Google Play, responding to them and suggesting changes to improve the app rating.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes in the support team to improve service quality.
• Fix and report bugs, and suggest product improvements to the relevant teams (technical and product team).
• Maintain the relevance of the external knowledge base to help users quickly find answers to their questions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support.
• Proficiency in working with tickets and emails.
• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, identify the causes of problems, and quickly propose effective solutions.
• SQL knowledge is a plus for query analysis.
• Openness to new experiences, willingness to learn, and continuous improvement of skills.
