About the Position
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with CTG IT Solutions? We are seeking a dynamic Support Technician to join our team, working alongside a prestigious European Institution based in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Analyze incidents, requests, and issues
- Track incidents and keep data up to date (Service Desk Manager)
- Escalate incidents to dedicated support groups
- Follow up on incidents until full resolution
- Suggest improvements regarding incident management
- Responsible for monitoring critical systems
- Provide application support (Windows, Office, etc.)
- Install Windows system images
- Create users and troubleshoot in Active Directory
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in this field
- Fluent in French and at least B2 level in English
- ITIL certified (certification can be obtained within 3 months after the start date)
- Experience using Active Directory
- Good skills in Windows, MS Office, etc.
- Ability to integrate into an international/multicultural environment
- Good communication skills and a team spirit
