About the Role
As a Supportmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in First Level Support, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will help them quickly and competently with technical questions, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to a positive customer experience with your expertise.
Responsibilities
- You will handle support requests via phone, email, or our ticketing system.
- You will analyze and resolve issues in the First Level Support and escalate more complex cases to the Second Level.
- You will assist our customers with questions about software, setup, and application.
- You will document all inquiries in the ticketing system and help keep our knowledge base up to date.
Requirements
- Initial experience in IT or application support, ideally in the SaaS environment.
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for working on topics in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using web-based applications.
- Excellent German language skills.
- You are communicative, service-oriented, and remain calm even in stressful situations.
- Team spirit, initiative, and a friendly demeanor are a given.
