Surgical Specialists / Clinical Sales Support Manager

About the Position

We are supporting a global medical device company with the appointment of multiple Surgical Specialists and a Clinical Sales Support Manager across China.

Surgical Specialists

The roles will support ophthalmic surgeons and clinical teams in operating-room environments, helping drive product adoption, clinical education, and procedural excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Support ophthalmic surgeons and clinical teams in operating-room environments
• Drive product adoption, clinical education, and procedural excellence

Requirements:

• Ophthalmology, surgical, or medical device experience
• Confidence working in operating-room settings
• Strong clinical and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to support surgeons, hospitals, and distributor partners
• Relevant medical, nursing, or clinical background
• Previous ophthalmology experience is strongly preferred

Clinical Sales Support Manager

The role will combine clinical expertise, sales enablement, and customer support, working closely with hospitals, surgeons, distributors, and internal commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

• Combine clinical expertise, sales enablement, and customer support
• Work closely with hospitals, surgeons, distributors, and internal commercial teams

Requirements:

• Ophthalmology or surgical medical devices
• Clinical application support
• Hospital-based sales support
• Product training and education
• Key account or distributor management
• Commercially aware, clinically credible, and comfortable operating across both hospital and business environments
