About the Position
We are looking for a SW Developer - Radio Unit to join our team at Ericsson in Seoul, Korea. If you are passionate about developing cutting-edge radio solutions and want to be part of a capability-driven organization, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- 5G/6G Mobile Network System SW Development: Including AI Radio and Programmable network/Radio technologies.
- 5G/6G RU Software requirement analysis, system design, integration, and verification.
- Develop and test high-quality products.
- Drive continuous improvements of products, processes, and development workflows.
- Develop and strengthen technical competence in advanced radio technologies and AI-enabled systems.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a related field (Computer Engineering, IT, Info & Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, etc.); Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5–10 years of SW development experience (Master's research may count as experience).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Unix/Linux-based development.
- Good English communication skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in leveraging AI tools or coding assistants to improve development productivity.
Nice to Have
- Experience in large-scale or global projects.
- Experience in leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity.
