About the Position
软件项目管理/SW PCM_VM
Join Bosch Automotive Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. as a Software Project Manager for ESP/iBooster/IPB software development. Coordinate with global teams to shape beneficial technologies.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate ESP/iBooster/IPB software development for assigned customers
- Manage software requirements
- Monitor and control software projects
- Plan and communicate with the software development team
- Ensure timely delivery of released software (according to schedule) and quality (passing quality gate)
- Serve as the customer interface for software topics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or computer science
- 2+ years’ experience in software development or project management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with software development processes
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and global engineering teams
- Strong motivation, good conflict management, and systematic problem-solving skills
